3. Booking and Rental Procedures

• Booking Confirmation: Once your booking request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is not a guarantee of rental until payment is received and the booking is fully processed.
• Rental Period: The rental period begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. Users are expected to vacate the premises promptly at the end of their rental period. Late departures may incur additional charges.
• Studio Access: Details for studio access will be provided upon successful booking and payment.

4. Payment Terms

All rental fees and associated charges are payable in advance or as specified at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the checkout process.

• Pricing: Prices for studio rentals are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will pay.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Creative Spaces Ltd. does not store your full payment card details.
• Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking and potential additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and studio owners.

• Cancellations by User:
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled booking date are non-refundable.
• Cancellations by Creative Spaces Ltd.: In the unlikely event that Creative Spaces Ltd. must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., studio maintenance, force majeure), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at a mutually convenient time.
• No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Creative Spaces Ltd. website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Creative Spaces Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of this content without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Spaces Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
